We’re delighted to have you with us and hope you enjoy your stay. Below is some helpful information about your apartment to ensure your time here is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Your heaters are automatically set for comfort.
During peak times (5:00 AM – 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM), they heat to 22°C. During non-peak times, they maintain 18°C.
To manually increase the temperature to 22°C during non-peak hours, press the button with the sun icon.
You can also adjust the temperature anytime using the + / – buttons.
To ensure all guests have a restful stay:
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in your apartment, on balconies, and in the walkways.
The designated smoking area is located on the roadside of the Snow Ski Bin Hut, please use the Butt Bin attached to the hut for proper disposal of cigarette butts.
Please familiarise yourself with the building emergency exits and emergency assembly point shown on the diagram located on the back of your apartment front door.
In the event of an emergency, sirens will sound through the stairwells, please evacuate the building and make your way to the emergency assembly point.
Your apartment has been stocked with a starter pack of essential items.
A limited supply of additional items (e.g., dishwashing tablets, toilet paper) can be purchased from reception.
Falls Creek Alpine Resort uses a 4-stream rubbish and recycling system. Please separate your waste as follows:
